“I categorically deny reports circulating publicly that the attacker who carried out today’s attack in Kraków was a soldier in the Polish Armed Forces. The man was not and is not a soldier in the Polish Armed Forces and has never had anything to do with the military,” said Kosiniak-Kamysz.

Earlier, police said a “very large amount of other weapons and ammunition” was found in the shooter’s car.
