Täna kolmapäeval, 23. novembril puhkesid sotsiaalmeedia andmetel rahvarahutused Mandri-Hiinas Zhengzhou linnas asuvas Foxconni iPhone’i tehases, mis asub Henani maakonnas riigi keskosas.
Kohalike allikate väitel said massirahutused alguse kohaliku valitsuse kehtestatud COVID-i sulgemistest, kus enam kui 100 000 töötajat on olnud nädalateks lukustatud oma tehase ühiselamutesse ning väidetavalt ei ole valdav enamus neist selle aja eest palka saanud.
