USA-s Atlantas läks jälle mäsuks. Reede õhtul tulistas politsei tänaval surnuks ühe mustamahalise mehe, pärast seda hakati hooneid süütama.
Asi sai alguse sellest, et Wendy’s-e söögikoha parklas magas autos 27-aastane mustanahaline mees Rayshard Brooks. Selle peale kutsuti politsei.
Videos on näha, kuidas politseinikud üritasid mehel käsi raudu panna, aga mees pääses jooksu ja haaras ühelt politseinikult taseri. Mees suunas pärast seda taseri politseinike poole ja politseinikud tulistasid teda.
Pärast seda astus Atlanta politseijuht Erika Shields ametist tagasi. Atlantas algasid massilised rahutused, mille tulemusel pandi Wendy’s-e söögikoht põlema. Tuletõrjet ei saanud kustutama saata, sest ümbrus oli inimesi täis. Kardeti, et tuli jõuab lähedalasuva tanklani, aga õnneks tuli vaibus ja ümberkaudsed hooned jäid terveks, vahendab Daily Mail.
