Väidetavalt oli sõjaliste värbajate poolt pekstud üht 20-aastast noormeest. Rahvamass lükkas ümber sõjaliste värbajate auto ja rebis värbajate seljast sõjaväevormid, kuna väidetavalt olid värbajad oma tegudega vormi häbistanud
