Maailma Terviseorganisatsioon WHO andis teada, et uus koroonaviirus on saanud ametliku nime, milleks on COVID-19.
WHO juht Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus andis sotsiaalmeedia vahendusel teada, et viiruse vastu loodetakse vaktsiin saada valmis 18 kuu jooksul. Kuni selle ajani tuleb teha kõik, et viiruse levikut takistada.
