Londonis arreteeriti reede õhtul kaks inimest seoses droonide lennutamisega Gatwicki lennujaama kohal.
Reedel lennutati droone juba kolmandat päeva ja paljud lennud jäid seetõttu ära või lükati edasi. Gatwickis maanduma pidanud lennukid saadeti tagasi või olid sunnitud maanduma Heathrow, Lutoni ja Stanstedi lennuväljadel, vahendab Daily Mail.
Politsei info kohaselt kasutati lennuvälja kohal mitut drooni ja kahtlusaluseid on kaks.
Neljapäeval jäi ära või lükati edasi 760 lendu, mistõttu lükkusid edasi 110 000 reisija lennuplaanid.
