Iraani kõrge ametnik Mohsen Rezaei tõi välja kaks Teherani peamist nõudmist: USA peab Iraanile täielikult hüvitama kaotused ja viima Pärsia lahest välja kõik sõjaväebaasid.

Iraan teatas ka, et Hormuzi väin jääb Ameerika laevadele suletuks.
