USA president Donald Trump ütles, et eelmine president Joe Biden andis Ukrainale 350 miljardit dollarit, seda nii varustuses kui rahas.

Trump märkis, et selle raha eest tuli osta teatud asju, aga tal on tunne, et kõike ei kasutatud sihipäraselt. Ta lisas, et ta loodab, et see selgitatakse välja.
