Euroopa Liit ei saa enam konfiskeerida külmutatud Vene varasid ja anda raha Ukrainale, kuna nende tagatisel on juba antud G7 grupi laenu Ukrainale.

Asjast rääkis Euroopa Ülemkogu president Antonio Costa.

Ühtlasi tagab vara külmutamine selle, et Moskva maksab reparatsioone sõjakahjude eest. „Me ei saa teha kingitust agressorile,” ütles Costa.
