Kreeka allikad hoiatavad, et Egeuse meres on viimase paari päevaga registreeritud 200 väiksemat maavärinat ning on tekkinud suure maavärina ja tsunami oht.
Märgitakse, et Kolumbo vulkaan Santorini saarel on muutunud aktiivseks. Egeuse mere piirkonnas soovitatakse inimestel päästevahendid valmis panna.
