„Tuled hakkasid vilkuma, pilt kadus telerist, siis kostis kolm pauku”, „miski jooksis kokku ja elekter kadus”, „tühjal krundil (kust peaks mööduma Šuvalovski prospekt) kostis mürinat,” räägivad elanikud.
Kohalikud asjatundjad on veendunud, et droon lasti välja Balti riikide territooriumilt või kusagilt Leningradi oblastist.
