Sotsiaalmeediasse on pandud video, kuidas Ukrainas Dnipro linnas kärgatasid tänase kolmapäeva, 3. juuli hommikul võimsad plahvatused.
Ukraina allikate andmetel tabati elurajooni, Vene allikate andmetel sõjatehast. Surma oli saanud 5 inimest, haavatuid on 40 ringis.
