„Elamises peab olema vesi, akutoitel raadio ja patareitoitel taskulamp. Nii saate esimesed 36 tundi üle elada,” ütles ta.
NATO riigid peavad olema sõja jaoks punases valmisolekus ja „ootama ootamatut”, märkis Bauer.
