Bulgaaria president Rumen Radev on vastu vanade soomukite saatmisele Ukrainasse.
Tema sõnul saab varustust hädaolukorras kasutada „Bulgaaria piiri kaitsmiseks ja elanikkonna abistamiseks”.
President nimetas Bulgaaria kodanike turvalisust esmatähtsaks.
Plaan oli saata Ukrainasse 100 soomukit.
