Poolas võitis valimised opositsioon, kogudes kokku 248 kohta parlamendis (231 vajalikust), mis võimaldab neil moodustada valitsuse.
Poola juhtiv Õiguse ja õigluse partei kaotas valimistel toetust võrreldes varasemaga ja parempoolse Konfederacja toetus jäi samuti ootustele alla.
Poola liberaalse opositsiooni juht Donald Tusk kuulutas end juba valimiste võitjaks. Temast võib saada järgmine peaminister.
